It is viral on Weibo a Chinese social network about how the very first flexible display Samsung smartphone named. According to GSMArena report, flexible display Smartphone are called Galaxy X1 and Galaxy X1 Plus.
Samsung was well prepared with Galaxy X1 Flex screen phone to compete with iPhone 8 which may happen in the second half of the year 2017. But to be surprised, latest data indicates that under this name will be released once two devices. It is alleged that smartphones with Bendable displays already being tested in China.
The source adds that tested version of the Galaxy X1 running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system, while Samsung Galaxy X1 Plus installed fresh Android 7.1.1 Nougat. Smartphone Galaxy X1 received a SM-X9000 model number, and the model Galaxy X1 Plus is labeled SM-X9050.
Samsung flex screen phone should get the display with a resolution of 4K, and must be able to find out the owner of the fingerprint and face. The devices will be used multifactor system Synaptic company recognition. The rest of the specifications Galaxy X1 and Galaxy X1 Plus is yet to be gathered. These new phones will have display on both sides when folded and serve as a small tablet when unfolded state. This flex screen advancement is extra mile in technology for both Android and iOS smartphone.
Most awaiting new phones will be in consumer’s hand within 2017 and Samsung has no plans to pull up to 2018.
