A number of smartphone manufacturers have long been integrated into their smartphones fast charging technology. Already OnePlus have come up with dash charge technology, where a quick 30-minute charge will replenish over 60% of your OnePlus 3’s battery, allowing for 7+ hours of HD video playback.
For 10-15 minutes, some devices manage to nourish up to 40-60% of the charge.
Apple has also hugely invested and been trying to develop new methods to charge their idevices much more faster as it has already done in the notebook segment. But to integrate this technology into the iPhone the company will make this happen in the near future.
According to one Chinese source, who published the image of the socket contacts soldered on the motherboard, a new generation of iPhone 7 will be mandatory to be charged much faster.”At least” five volts and two amps.

iPhone models that are available today come with a charger at 1 amp. Yes, using the charging of the iPad (2,1 A) charging a smartphone really faster, but that’s not the technology.
The information is in no way confirmed, and the picture presented does not give a clear idea about Apple’s plans for the integration of the new charging technology.
However, the company could easily incorporate this feature.
