Great news folks. The iOS 10.2 Jailbreak is on its way and might arrive on your devices anytime soon. However, it won’t be compatible with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus just yet. The developer behind the iOS 10.1 Yalu jailbreak release has promised to release the iOS 10.2 Jailbreak very soon. He has also ensured that the jailbreak will be more stable and bug-free than its predecessor.
However, the bad news is that this jailbreak won’t be compatible with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. So the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus owners will have to stay content with the iOS 10 and iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak for the time being. We tried finding out when the iOS 10.2 jailbreak would be made available for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, but we were unable to get any word for now.
It’s also notable that Apple is very soon going to release iOS 10.2.1 for public, while the iOS 10.3 Beta is set to release on January 10th. So, if you’re planning to jailbreak your device using the iOS 10.2 Yalu jailbreak, don’t upgrade your devices and stay wary of these updates.
My fix for the issues in the 10.1 jailbreak will be to add support to 10.2. It will however not work on iPhone 7 on 10.2, just 10 and 10.1.

Before you go on and jailbreak your device, it’s advisable that you do a proper backup of your important files and then do a clean firmware restore using the iTunes. Also, please note that this Yalu jailbreak will be releasing in Beta stage so it is bound to have some bugs. So jailbreak your device only if you’re ready to cope up with these bugs and issues.
The Yalu iOS 10.2 jailbreak hasn’t released yet, but it might just anytime soon. We’ll keep you posted as soon as it releases. So stay tuned to Technohacker.
