Facebook, in recent months has updated the messenger, its native app. Now the Facebook looks clean, and amazing design changes. Some days Facebook has enabled to post live photos from iPhone. The new feature is currently limited to iOS 9 users on iPhone or iPad. We will guide you how to post live photos to Facebook from your iPhone.
How to Post Live Photos to Facebook from iPhone/iPad
Step #1. Launch Facebook from your apps, If you have not updated the app just go throught the appstore and update Facebook app. After updating, open the Facebook app from home screen.
Step#2. Once you are in app, click on Photos from status update
Step#3. Select the Photo u want to upload, Choose the Live Photo(s) you want to share (sadly, there’s no indicator, so you’ll need to remember or double-check in advance.)
Step#4. Tap Done
Step#5. Tap on Live at the bottom right ( if you don’t see, Facebook will only take the still photo )
Step#6. Edit, add a caption, and when you’re ready, tap Post at the top right.
How to View Live Photos in Facebook on iPhone and iPad in iOS 9
- Phone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus: 3D Touch on the photo.
- All other iOS 9 devices: Touch and hold on the photo.
Note: Live Photos in Facebook can currently only be animated on iOS 9 devices. Anyone viewing them in a web browser, in Facebook for Android, or on any other platform will only see the still photo.
