The new Apple Store in the World Trade Center in New York this afternoon opens its doors. For people who can no longer wait, there’s good news.Yesterday, the first lucky ones were already watching the windows and glance.
New Apple Store in WTC open today
The new pilgrimage Apple is Santiago Calatrava’s Oculus-hall of the new World Trade Center. The tenth shop Apple opens today at 12 noon local time its doors, but yesterday the first people were already cast a glance through the windows. That provides some beautiful pictures that were shared on social media.
Apple has opted for the new format with cabinets along the side, as we have seen in recent Apple Stores. There are no trees stand along the aisles, as in Brussels.

Santiago Calatrava is responsible for the design of the entire shopping center, but the Apple Store Bohlin Cywinski Jackson was hired, who also made the design of the Apple Store in Palo Alto. He also designed two of Apple’s other stores in New York, namely those on the Upper West Side and Fifth Avenue. Other Apple Stores in Manhattan can be found in Soho, Meatpacking, Grand Central and the Upper East Side. Brooklyn recently opened an Apple store on the other side of the Williamsburg Bridge. And on Staten Island and in Queens has seating Apple stores.
The WTC will next Apple Store also a luxury shopping mall and a PATH train station. Incidentally, the building is not entirely uncontroversial. Inside the building usually run enormous ribs blocking daylight and shops to escape. But the luxurious appearance of the World Trade Center fits Apple. Moreover, there are many business travelers along their way to work
